Hawkes Bay regional Councillor Will Foley says the weather in Hawkes Bay is slowly returning to a normal East Coast pattern allowing farmers to get to those parts of their farms impacted by the February cyclone. He says there are areas like the Esk Valley where it has hardly changed whereas other parts are getting to normal. Will Foley joins Mark Leishman on Round Up.
