Meat Industry Association Says Meat Exports Down 11 Percent This Quarter

The Meat Industry Association says meat exports are down 11 percent this quarter and labour shortages and COVID-19’s disruption to production are driving the fall in meat production. They’re concerned that while global demand for red meat is strong the path to getting it to market is not.
