Three of New Zealand’s best motivational speakers are offering tips for farmers and growers in a series of free online lunchtime talks. The Federated Farmers chats begin tomorrow Tuesday and will look at isolation and the sometimes stressful nature of agriculture, with severe weather and volatile trading conditions out of their control and how that puts pressure on rural families. Resilience Expert Dr Lucy Hone is the first speaker tomorrow. Next Tuesday it is Dr Paul Wood on “The Challenge of Change”. and Dr Tom Mulholland on the 8th February with “The Power of Healthy Thinking”. There will also be follow-up workshops hosted by the Dairy Women’s Network and DairyNZ.
