Flooding has occurred again in parts of Tairawhiti Gisborne. Gisborne Wairoa Federated Farmers Toby Williams says the challenges just keep on coming whether it be weather events, forestry taking over sheep and beef farms, forestry slash destroying bridges properties and bridges.
