With over 30 years of extensive television experience, both here and Australia, Helen has worked as Producer, Executive Producer, Programme Manager and General Manager of various channels including MTV Australia. Helen was also part of the launch team for two pay television channels in Australia. As General Manager of Country TV, Helen oversees all departments, and is very hands-on with programme acquisitions, commissioning, scheduling and distributing programmes for the channel. Helen has always had an interest in the rural sector, being raised on a Waikato dairy farm.
Presenter - Daily Report & Point of View
Mark Leishman is a NZ radio and television broadcaster and currently presents The Daily Report and Point of View shows on Country TV. Mark is exceptionally busy as he also is the breakfast host of the Magic radio network and co-host of Holden Golf World on Sky Sport 1. He has been the producer and presenter of numerous television series, among them Top Town, Tux Wonder Dogs, Jeopardy!, The Great New Zealand Spelling Bee, Mud and Glory and for 15 years presenter and co-producer (with his wife Jo Raymond) of The Young Farmer Contest. He has also produced and directed a number of television documentaries.
I have worked in Broadcast Television for the past 20 years as Sports and Entertainment scheduler, Pay Per-View Coordinator and recently as a content Planner. I joined Country TV in Feb. 2021 as the On-Air scheduler, and was part of the launch team for the new local transmission playout. I enjoy watching Rugby and League, socialising, community volunteer and helping people. My interests are gardening, my beautiful family dog Scottie, and dining out.
Sales and Marketing Manager
Anna is our Sales and Marketing Manager specialising in SMM, sales, advertising, and customer service. Anna also co-ordinates effective presentation of visual content with her experience in photography and videography. Anna loves nature, animals, books, gardening, and good food, and when she is in not in the office, Anna is likely to work on a creative project or take her two dogs on long walks.
Colin Harvey is recognised for making major contributions to the New Zealand agricultural industry. For the past 22 years he built animal health company Ancare. It had significant market share across several animal health categories in the face of strong competition. Ancare was recently merged with multinational, Merial. From a family of dairy farmers in Taranaki, Colin graduated with a Bachelor of Agricultural Science from Massey University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland.

Aaron is recognized for his experience in weather forecasting and his storm chasing adventures, which he has been doing since he was a young adult.
Jonathon is the channel’s promo producer and media coordinator. He first developed a passion for computer graphics while studying for a BArch, later gaining diplomas in computer graphic design and digital design instead. His other creative passion is music, once playing lead guitar in several bands. He enjoys watching movies and sport, sightseeing and going on road trips with friends or family.

Deborah is the News and Current Affairs editor for Country TV. She is the person behind the screen of The Daily Report and Point of View. She draws on her degree in Media & Communications and eye for visual media to bring together the content for Country TV’s programmes. Deborah’s other interests include films, cross stitch, travel and spending time outdoors, exploring new places.
