International hi tech tractor drivers from the UK are being encouraged to return to NZ after Covid interrupted their schedule. Rural Contractors NZ have join forces with their UK equivalent to attract more skilled drivers who can use their northern hemisphere down time to come and work the season downunder. Chief Executive Andrew Olsen says they want operators who can drive direct drill make balayage and be safe agri chemical applicators.
