A Friday frolic for one rogue cow in the heart of Wellington suburbia. The cow was spotted grazing at Scorching Bay beach in Wellington has been reported to the city council and police. Video footage showed the cow roaming calmly on the grass area behind the beach. The Council put a tweet up in the spirit of the occasion.
“Steer clear of the loose bull at Scorching Bay Beach! It looks like he wanted to moo-ve away from farm life to catch some waves. Our team is on the way to take him home.”
Wellington City Animal Control contacted the owner who got that doggie rolling back to a more appropriate location… at least the berm won’t need to be mowed.
